KEY LEARNINGS
This project expanded my perspective on designing digital experiences for luxury hospitality, where the digital journey must reflect the same level of care, refinement, and personalization as the physical guest experience. Redesigning The Ritz-Carlton’s digital presence challenged me to think beyond traditional booking flows and create moments that inspire, build trust, and guide guests from initial discovery through their entire stay.
Working on experiences such as personalized recommendations, digital concierge services, loyalty interactions, and mobile-first guest journeys reinforced the importance of creating seamless connections between brand storytelling and functional design. This project strengthened my ability to translate a premium brand identity into meaningful digital interactions that support both guest expectations and business objectives.
