DESIGN CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Redesigned key mobile banking experiences by modernizing the UI, evolving the design system, and simplifying core customer journeys.

  • Designed and launched new digital experiences, including Demir AI, gamification features, digital card issuance, Apple Pay integration during its initial rollout in the Kyrgyz market, online loans, payments, transfers, and personalized onboarding.

  • Improved navigation, information architecture, dashboards, and accessibility to create faster, more intuitive banking experiences.

  • Built scalable design solutions and reusable patterns while collaborating with product managers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent experiences across the app.

KEY LEARNINGS

One of my biggest takeaways was learning how to evolve a mature product without disrupting existing customer habits. Rather than focusing only on new features, I learned to improve the overall experience by refining existing journeys, expanding the design system, and building solutions that could scale with the product over time.
